What We Do

Comprehensive programs that create sustainable impact for vulnerable older persons and children in Uganda. We address health, education, social inclusion, and community development through six interconnected pillars.

Our Program Pillars

Six interconnected approaches that create holistic community transformation

Program 1

Health & Well-being

Access to medical care, nutrition, and psychosocial support

We provide essential health support to vulnerable older persons who often struggle to access medical care due to age, poverty, or social isolation. Our holistic approach addresses physical, nutritional, and mental health needs.

Medical check-ups and medication support
Nutritional support and food security programs
Psychosocial counseling and emotional support
Health education and preventive care
Mobility aids and assistive devices

Our Advocacy Targets

Our commitment to justice requires focused action. With clear targets on the horizon, we are mobilizing to transform systems and empower communities via 3 key fronts:

Influence Policy: Advocate for and achieve the inclusion of older persons in key district social protection programs.
Build Capacity: Equip 50 community leaders with the knowledge and tools to protect the rights of elders and children.
Strengthen Communities: Form and launch 3 active, community-based protection committees to serve as local safety nets.
